At Your Appointment
Feel free to decide whether to wear a mask during your visit. Your safety is important to me, and I'm dedicated to maintaining a clean environment by thoroughly sanitizing my suite between guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, kindly avoid bringing additional company as my suite space is limited. This policy applies to all, including children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
I value your appointment and have set aside dedicated time just for you. I recognize that schedules can change, and I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to modify, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as it allows me to accommodate other guests as well. Thank you for your consideration.
Cancelations: Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
No Show: If you forget or do not show up for your scheduled appointment(s), you will be charged for the full amount of the service(s) scheduled. The full amount must be paid in order to book future appointments.

For all new extension guests, please take a moment to complete our new guest form. Additionally, a consultation is necessary to provide you with accurate pricing tailored to your needs. If you're considering corrective color work, a color consultation is a prerequisite. Your understanding of these processes is greatly appreciated.
